Today there are so many things hapening.Saw gabriel's new hair cut...OMG he look so different! but you know what he looks better in his short hair rather than his long hair. He dont look like a geek to me le. The funny thing is that when i went for interview with Gabriel and Shi Hui there are 2 other gals from Republic poly too. This is so coincidence, there is four of us working at tampines branch and the other gal is working at Bras Basah. Met many new colleauges along the way. They were very friendy towards us. Hmmm..well i hope they will be friendly all the way till i end this contract. Well i have a phobia because exprience before, that first time they treat me nice then later as time goes by they dont treat me as well. Hope this time round will be different. Met Michelle an RP 2nd yr student first impression on her is that she is very friendly, talkative and hyper active. Teehee!
Yep about work! This time round its better than last time i worked at NTUC INCOME. at least they gave us some briefing about what is the job about. My job is to call people... and we all have to target ourselves to have at least 70 calls that accepts our offer per day. OMG! i knew you would say that....its like HOW THE HELL i can convince so many people in a day. its CRAZY! OK! nvm its my job anyway..i die die also have to aim that target. Unless i have a super mouth and hands that can do things faster. The scariest thing is that they will record every single calls we make. It is to check if we did our job properly. Haz...no wonder pay so high. Today i didnt do as well as the rest of them Michelle call 20+ , Gabriel call 15+ and Shi Hui called 8+ pple who accept our offer. and lastly im the worst 5 people who accept my offer. Well it is quite demoralizing at first but this gives me more motivation for me to do well. I must improve tml! im gonna call and persuade as many people as i can. Haha..how i wish im tt gal in HEROS, can persuade people. Tt will be cool, my job will be easier! There is this saying" SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE" even though today i only persuade 5 people, i believe i can do better! HWAITING! (means i can do it in korean)
