Silly Me

Yesturday ive realised that ive written the wrong bank account number to HQ.. whaaa!!! Now so troubblesome have to call back HQ to change back. worst thing is that cant settle this through phone. today work was ok, had a small meeting with my team leader today. Its about evaluating our performance today. After i hear me and Michelle's voice, we both laugh. LOL! but there is lots of things that we have to improve on. I have to be more confident on the phone, tell the PH my name and follow the script. Michelle have to speak slower and speak english to PH first. My strong points was being sweet to PH over the phone and Michelle was very bubbly and good in talking. After that Michelle left for her FYP and encourage me not to be disheartened. i guessed both of us admire our strong points. Today i still didnt do as well as the rest i had 12 people who accept us as prospect. Haz..nvm st least i got improve from 5 to 12 everyday must get better and better. Lucky team leader lower our expectations from 70 to 45 PH!!! wow thank u! But they have to give us more time to get used to this job. Tml looking forward to half day also looking forward to meet my old friends. Yay!!! C.H.I.N.G.U.S here i come wait for me after work ok!!!???
